Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Buttocks
I slipped and fell down the stairs of my pool. I hit the second stair landing on my butt. I immediately felt a burning sensation on my butt, leg and back. My right butt check is extremely bluish purple and still has a burning sensation. This occurred on Tuesday, but seems to hurt more now.

The large blue area is indicative of underlying hematoma formation from blood collection and the burning sensation is due to underlying nerve compression beneath the region of blood collection.
You require an MRI of the area for further anatomic details and guidance accordingly as many of the hematoma resolve with conservative medications and a handsome number of cases require intervention with needle aspiration or surgical exploration.
