Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Back

Hi, I woke up in the middle of the night with a burning sensation on my back, a bit itchy as well. I felt around and it is a mole. I took a good picture of it and I m nervous it is melanoma. It is oval and symmetrical but raised and darker at the top and center than anywhere else and is tan and dark tan. Does this sound like melanoma just based on description and symptoms of burning and itching?

HI
Well come to HMC
I really appreciate your concern, the symptom are not due to any local lesion and this may not be the melanoma unless it is being well diagnosed, but such symptoms could be nonspecific may be just muscular spasm with nerve irritation and this might be due to unknown reason and this may not need any treatment but this would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
