Hi welcome to HCM...

Noted you have h.pylori infection in past..
So you might have acid reflux or gastritis like condition. That can lead reffered burning pain...

Urea breath test done for h.pylori....
Which drug you have taken???
Amoxycillin plus clarithromycine and omeprazole needed.

So check for h.pylori and treat it if needed.
For reflux omeprazole taken.
Head elevation while sleeping .
Don't take sleep immediate after food.
Avoid heavy fatty food.

Take care.
