Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation At The Tip Of Penis
MY 15 YEAR OLD NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE SON S PENIS BURNS AT THE TIP AND IS VERY PAINFUL WHEN EMPTYING HIS BLADDER. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A MONTH. HIS DOCTOR TOLD HIM TO USE NEOSPORIN ON THE TIP. IT WORKS TEMPORARILY BUT THEN HURTS AGAIN. IT SEEMS HE NEEDS TO USE IT EVERY DAY WHICH DOES NOT SEEM NORMAL. ANY OTHER IDEAS?

Is he having fever? Any family history of kidney stones?
In my opinion he needs to test his urine to look for any evidence of infection. He may need to use antibiotics to get rid of it.
