Suggest Treatment For Bumps Under The Head Of The Penis

Ok I did have like little bumps under the head of my penisbut that was only when I took a shower but then they go away but my balls itch and the skin above my penis is like very RED and I think it is a rash but it is also very itchy can you tell what I might have. And I am 13 and I really don t want to tell my mom and dad.

It may be due to smegma.

As it's asymptomatic there is no need for any active management.

In case of bleeding you may require laser surgery after surgeon consultation.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Avoid Harsh cosmetic products.

Watch for symptoms penile discharge, ulcer...
