Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Penile Shaft After A Non-penetrative Intercourse

l had a prostitute give me oral sex a week ago we used a condom for intercourse. Well a couple days ago a bump popped up at the end of the penile shaft. It had a long hair sticking out so I plucked it and popped it. A day later is got swollen and became a open sore with bruised skin surrounding the sore. I used triple antibiotics and cleaned it. But it s tender and kinda hurts a bit. Possible syphilis, std or a ingrown hair?
