Suggest Treatment For Bump On The Wrist And Numbness In The Armpit

I went to a volleyball tryouts today and I suddenly noticed a bump on my right wrist. It doesn t hurt that much if I move my wrist but it is a bit uncomfortable to move and I feel a slight numbness on my armpit. After massaging the area around it, it still has a bump but it became bruised. What am I supposed to do? Thanks!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Should see orthopedic specialist to rule out possible bad injury of the right wrist. Apply cold compresses meanwhile until you see the specialist. And do not run sports or any activity with your right wrist and arm until you see the specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
