Suggest Treatment For Bump On Foot

There is a bump on my right foot that I found out I had after looking in the bushes for my Bakugan. I tried digging for it with my right foot. I guess that was pretty stupid, but I don t know what the bump is. Could you help me? (I forgot to mention my veins are purple and they are showing.
