Suggest Treatment For Bump Inside Nose

Hi, about a week ago my nose started itching really bad. And then the next morning a big bump formed on the inside of my right nostril. Everyday it gets crusty and has blood. It has been bleeding for the past couple of days. It burns. I have to pull the crust out everyday because it is so irritating. Another bump has formed on the outside of the right nostril as well and underneath my nose. Please tell me what this could be. I m thinking about scheduling a doctors appointment as well. Thank you
