it started with itching, thinking it was a yeast infection.did the treatment and it didn t help then this huge bump on the vulva happened two of them and then it went away. then one on the other side happened and when i examined myself, it poped and blood and i think pus came out, then it went away. what is this

It seems that there might be having yeast infection and due to itching and some lack of proper local hygiene there might be having seconf=dary bacterial infection giving rise this problem.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
Apply triple action cream.
Keep local personal hygiene clean, dry and airy.
