General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Such warts are viral in origin. The black dots are damaged small blood vessels. They are transmitted by touch so it's good not to hold boy friend's hand till she is cured. She needs antiviral drugs course.please consult a physician for suitable drug and dosage.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
