Suggest Treatment For Bruised Lump On Head Causing Headache After Injury

Hi I bumped my head about 2 days ago and I have had a head ache since, a lump came up straight away and it feels very bruised to touch , however head ache appears to have gone this morning and lump has gone down , but I appear to have tingling all down one side of my head (the side I hit) should u be worried ?

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

I want to know-
1) Your age.
2) Intensity of impact.

It is usual after any injury there is soft tissue damage which give rise to swelling.

But in your case there are neurological symptoms (Tingling sensation on half side of the body) which need medical attention.

You should consult your doctor for detailed neurological examination depending upon it there may be need for brain imaging like CT scan to rule out possibility of brain injury.

You can use pain killer with anti-inflammatory medicine like aceclofenac and seratopeptidase for swelling and pain.
