Suggest Treatment For Bruised And Swollen Foot

A heater fell in the middle of my food early this morning I all.of a sudden.got hit my ears rang and i felt sick now my foot is swollen and I am bruised under my second and third toe but I hit the middle of my foot that area is goofy and red what should I do?

hi,
u should take following treatment.
1. give rest to your foot
2. apply ice packs 5-6 times a day for 10 minutes each
3. take anti inflammatory medicine like diclofenac sodium or ibuprofen
4. keep your foot elevated. while sitting keep it on a chair or stool and while sleeping keep it elevated on 2-3 pillows
5.get an xray of your foot anteroposterior and lateral view to rule out any fracture
