Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bronchitis is a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and has a remitting and relapsing course.
It is characterized by chronic cough and difficulty in breathing.
Pain in the chest could be due to muscular pain associated with excessive coughing.
A consultation with your physician is required for clinical assessment and relevant investigations like X-ray chest.
Medication to relieve cough and difficulty in breathing is also required.

Thanks and take care
