Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness During Orgasm

Hello my name is Cedric. I am a 21 years old. My question is whenever i have an orgasm, the muscles and veins on my chest going down my arms get weaker and give difficulties breathing at night. I always be spitting out bloody snorts, and be having difficulty swallowing properly for few days or sometimes even few weeks I thought it was asthma or acid reflux, but been to different hospitals to get check and neither one of them seem to know what the problem is. I would really love to know what is going on if you can help. Thank you

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Problems with heart should be ruled out in your case. A physical examination with a cardiologist followed by Ecg, stress test and Echocardigraphy will be needed to rule out any problems. Such symptoms can occur in valvular problems or insufficiency. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks.
