Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness, Bloated Stomach And Lethargic Feeling

I have a shortness of breath which is noticeable if walking up hill. My stomach feels bloated and I am lethargic. I have no trouble breathing when inactive. Bodily functions are fine as is my vision and heart rate. This has been going on two days. I am under stress from a successful business that is labor intensive

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have breathlessness, bloated stomach and lethargic feeling. There can be two reason for symptoms you mention in query most common is Urinary tract infection. There can be other reasons also like food intolerance , gastritis and IBS. Urine examination would be done. Presence of Pus cells , tissue and red blood cell will suggest infection. Antibiotics will be needed , second there can be stones in the kidney, bladder or ureter may cause bleeding if small stone gets passed through urinary tract. Sometimes heavy exercise can also cause such symptoms . So you should visit your urologist, if problem persist or reoccurs.Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist .
