Suggest Treatment For Breathing Problem

I am struggling with breathing. Even if I am not active, just sitting at my desk at work, my chest is tight and air feels just out of reach. If I walk much at all it gets worse. Also, I will be calm and sitting or walking and my heart starts palpatations. It is very painful.

1. anemia
2.thyrotoxicosis
3.valvular heart diseases
4.bronchial asthma

I can suggest you to get done

CBC
TSH
ECG , ECHO
chest X ray
depending upon the reports we can proceed further
