Suggest Treatment For Bowel Incontinence And Abdominal Cramps

Yes, my best friend who is usually constipated told me that she has been having bowel movements involuntary while she is walking. She said she has no cramps or warning. She has had regular colonoscopy, had polyps that were removed. It doesn t sound good, what could it be?

1) Do Stool examination (RE/ME) [Infection]

2) Add probiotics, Lactobacillus capsules

3) Do a neurological clinical exam to ruled out [Myelitis]
