Suggest Treatment For Body Pain And Fatigue

Greetings, I m a 19 year old male. Since I was 14 i started experiencing odd pains throughout my body, they especially used to happen in my left chest (heart) down to my left arm. I then had an odd big lump appear on my left arm. It hurt a lot at the time but now it doesn t except for every now and then. I then got more lumps on my arms over time but at a slow rate. Recently however especially in the past year, they began to expand very rapidly and now i have numerous lumps on my arms, thighs, and i think a couple around my abdomen and I ve started to feel very sick. I ve had bowel issues like bleeding from my anus, diarrhea and at times constipation. I ve also been very nauseous and puked a few times even though I don t overeat. I get headache s randomly and mild fevers. My stomach often tends to hurt very much even if I don t need to go or puke and I often feel numb around my body at times and feel severe aching pains, especially when i strain my body in any way especially around the areas where the lumps are. My uncle has had bone marrow cancer and my family history has some other cancers. My father s side of the family has lumps too but they only have ever had one or two small ones that receded after a small while whereas mines are rapidly expanding. Some of my lumps have started to look purplish on the surface and hurt. At first i thought they were bruising but upon closer expection it looks like veins that are protruding or are stressed on top of where the lumps are. Some lumps occasionally hurt, some don t, some hurt all the time. At first none of them hurt and didn t feel like much but now my whole body is often in pain. I often feel very exhausted as well and tend to phase in and out of consciousness for seconds at a time even when I m not fatigued or tired.

hello dear..
sorry for your discomfort..
i just can come to a conclusion directly based on the limited details you provided...i even need to look at the lumps you say..
don't worry they need not always be a harmful ones..
there are a lot of causes for lumps on body some may be benign like lipoma and some may be more problematic..
i advise you to immediately approach a general physician for a thorough clinical examination...followed by a blood workup and scan or xrays if needed..
after that treatment can be planned
if you have anymore doubts feel free to ask me..
