Suggest Treatment For Blur Vision

Hi, I am a 20 year old female student in the University of Waterloo. I am about 5 6 and I weight about 150 pounds. I woke up a few weeks ago and I am unable to see at all as well as usual. I have worn glasses since I was five. and i now have +5 on the right and +2.25 on the left. I am usually able to see fairly well without my glasses in the distance, but I really can t see well lately. It is all blurry and my eyes feel greatly strained.

Hello, the refraction of your eyes is on the high side,so blurring of vision occurs when glasses are not worn. But if suddenly overnight you develop some problem then there can be underlying pathology like partial detachment of retina as the number are more. Also there might be possibility of increase in your number also.Usually there is no treatment for increase in number as it is a developmental process, the only treatment is either you wear contact lens or get LASIK surgery done to get rid of glasses. In any of the above cases consult a doctor then follow the advise accordingly and get check up to avoid any complications.
