Suggest Treatment For Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Fatty Liver And Esophagus

I am J.S.Bhatia patient of Blood pressure, Blood sugar, fatty lever and aesophagus. My blood sugar level HBA1C in the recent blood tests was 7.3. Blood sugar fasting normally ranges between 120-129. I am taking a tab of Glimy 1 and 1 tab concor-cor 2.5mg and one cap vitoxy in the morning and 1 tab Zomelis 50mg. Earlier I was taking supredin in place of vitoxy plus. Can you suggest me the further course of action because I am being prescribed the medicines by a cardiologist and not a dibatoligist.
