Here blood in urine can be from many causes.
Detail history and physical examination has to be done ....
If history of
unprotected intercourse then it could be from STD
sexually transmitted disease like
gonorrhea or chlamydia ....
If ulcer seen it could be herpes or syphilis.
Serological test useful for these diagnosis ...
Urine microscopic examination done ...
If pus cells seen bacterial UTI , cystitis or
kidney infection can be the cause ....
USG abdomen also done for it ....
Proper antibiotic given with fluids more ....
Although chance of malignancy minimal but if any suspected growth present in
urinary tract biopsy done .....
If needed physician will consult you to nephrologists..
