Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

I do not exercise regularly. About a year ago i did fifty situps and was shocked aafterwards
to find a very signnificant amount od btight red bloocd in my stool. There was a little in the next stool
but thereafter there was none....and i actually felt better than i had in a long time, but i was care
ful not to do situps like that again. A few days ago, i did sit ups again. I was immediately reminded
of the first incident wwhen i went to the restroom and again there was a very significant
amout of bright red blood. It scared me but again,,,i felt great, better than i had in months. I had been
having a discomfort in my right upper abdomen. The discomfort was gone. I will add that i have had
my right kidnry removed about six years ago. The duscomfort was right above the incision
which was on my stomach. What could have caused this?
