Suggest Treatment For Blood In Bowel Movement And Stomach Ache

Hello, Everytime I have gone to the bathroom today for a bowel movement, I have had a lot of red liquid blood in the tank? I do have a stomach ache and thought at first it was just my period but it is not my period it definitely is coming out the other end? What could cause that?

it is just menstural or bleeding from internalpiles or colitis. from stomach and dueodenum it will come as digested blood will be called malena.for diagnosis it requeres examination by surgeon and propertreatment can be recomanded.
