Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blood blisters inside the lips which seems to be due to collection of excess secretion of salivary glands. I would suggest you avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. Drink plenty of water. Suck on ice pops. Drinking plenty of water and cold liquids. Don't let that area dry and keep applying aloe vera gel or petroleum jelly on a frequent basis as dry skin. Maintain oral hygiene. Consult a dermatologist if symptoms keep on persisting and get the treatment done. Maintain good oral hygiene.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
