General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

He might be having a common condition called adenotonsillttis. As a first line management you can try steam inhalation and saline nasal drops.

If symptoms persists better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. In severe cases surgical correction may be required.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
