Suggest Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach

Every day I am bloated. In the morning I am fine, I workout, eat breakfast, go to work and soon as I eat lunch, it never fails, my stomach is bloated. It's very uncomfortable. It distracts me from my work, I am constantly going to the bathroom and nothing.. I can't get relief no matter what I do.
