Gastritis was found in the Antrum and body of the stomach, a haitus hernia was found in the stomach also with a infection in my stomach. I was prescribed antibiotics and omperazol. I am bleeding from rectum and it s very heavy and painful. My chest hurts a lot when I eat food or even drink a glass of water. My neck and face feels very tight and I breathe a little harder and faster than normal. Stomach is very bloated. My eye sockets kind of buldging. Everything just feels tight and painful. Pain is in the middle of my chest and straight down to my stomach. I can t sleep and it feels like if try to lay down and sleep my breath is taken away. Please help me. Thank u. Bridgette Hollins

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of colonoscopy and endoscopy and getting diagnosed as internal grade 1 hemorrhoids, external grade 2 hemorrhoid and mild diverticulosis in ascending colon, gastritis, hiatus hernia with infection. Was prescribed antibiotics and Omeprazole, have heavy and painful bleeding from rectum, pain in chest and so on...
Having so many problems all at once is indicative that there is a basic problem of asthenia, anxiety or stress and hence the somatic parts of the problems that you have mentioned.
I would advise in such a situation to get the things corrected one by one.
First of all to stop the bleeding from the rectum hence treatment of the hemorrhoids.
Strict diet control in such a way that to avoid all the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance any of the problems.
Direct treatment of the stress and anxiety are a must, you may be prescribed medicines for the same.
Continue the medicines given already.
Once the hemoglobin and proteins get corrected, many of the problems will be solved automatically.
Rest of the remaining problems can be solved by consultation, clinical evaluation further investigations and proper treatment.
I find this answer helpful
