Hello dear , hi

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* The issue requires clinical evaluation for the cause which may be
obstruction , paralytic ileus , electrolyte imbalance or others .

* So with eliciting clinical signs your doctor requires to take
ultrasound as well as x-ray abdomen in standing position to confirm
the diagnosis and manage accordingly .

Hope this will help you for sure .

Wishing you fine recovery from the same .
Regard .
