Suggest Treatment For Bloated Abdomen And Heavy Bleeding During Periods
my wife is 29, and using IUD for contraception. its been 2 years but every time her periods come nearer, her belly gets bloated and she looks like a 6 month pregnant and at the same time there is always heavy bleeding during mensis. she has used IUD before as well but she have not face any problem.

Your symptoms seem to be related to premenstrual syndrome. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen for the pain. I also suggest using simethicone medication for the bloating.
