Suggest Treatment For Blisters On The Penis

my dr said small blisters on hrad of my uncircumsized penis was like a diaper rash and prescribed nystatin cream and just as soon as it cleared up it came back still using cream and have another refill. is it possible it came back even though kept clean and dry only been about 5 days.

I have gone through your query. If it is small rash then it can be most likely fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. Using aloe vera gel for local application, eating more garlic, vitamin C and anti oxidants will be helpful to get rid off it. Avoid greasy and sweaty environment on genital area also.

If it is blisters with symptoms of itching as well as burning sensation and the blisters forming crust then it can be genital herpes. In that case you can go for herpes immunoglobulin test IgG and IgM to rule out this. In that case acyclovir cream for local application will be helpful.

If you send a picture of the rash then it will be more helpful in identifying.
