Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blister like rashes in groin area . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like jock itch , molluscum contagiosum , scabies , contact dermatitis , psoriasis and herpes . I would suggest you to keep that area dry and clean , clean it with betadine wear loose cloths , and apply over the counter antifungal cream . Also apply cold compresses to reduce itchiness and inflammatory . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may examine physically and order certain test like skin patch test . Doctor may prescribe corticosteroid ointment along with anti fungal like fluconazole or antiviral like acyclovir depending upon the diagnosis .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
