My friend has black spots under eyes. She has been hit by her brother near the below the eyes with a pencil when she was old. And since then she is been living with black spots under eyes. When consulted docter has said that it is due to break up of blood flow below eyes. What is the best way of solution for this problem. She also has has black skin in hands due to sunrays.
