Suggest Treatment For Black Scars All Over The Body

Hi I have black scars all over my body I know this is a frequently asked question but as a women it could be pretty tiring for people to compliment on it.I got some a year before the others and sometimes they turn red and start to itching again plz help me if u know how.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of black scars all over the body which is due to increased sensitivity of your skin which is leading to hyper pigmentation. Excess of sebaceous glands on your back is the cause for your condition. I would suggest you to take diet rich in vitamin C and antioxidants like Citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables and lots of salads and drink plenty of water. If your symptoms still keeps on persisting, i would suggest you to visit dermatologist as there are various other measures for the treatment of dark scars like the use of chemical peels, dermabrasion and microabrasion. Apply lightening agent like kojic acid and vitamin c combination over the black scars. Use proper sunscreen (spf>30) before going out in the sun so that the scars doesn't get worsen. Donot touch them repeatedly.
