Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Pneumonia And Eye Pain

My 3yo daughter was just diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia yesterday, and she has repeatedly complained of her eyes hurting. They only water a tiny bit once in a while, and there seems to be no sign of conjunctivitis. Any ideas what could be causing the pain, and should I be concerned?
