Suggest Treatment For Big Canker Sores Inside Mouth

I've had a big canker sore on the inside of my lip for 10 days now and it is near impossible for me to eat, laugh, and drink. Now I've gotten another canker sore right below it on my gums. I am in so much pain and home remedies aren't helping at all. In fact, I believe they've made it worse. Do I need to see a doctor?

As per your complain APTHOUS ULCERS or CANKER SORES that do not respond to other treatments or does not start resolving on their own needs to be treated will Steroids..
Take Anti-inflammatory OTC painkiller Ibuprofen.
Take a Multivitamin tablet like Zincovit for 15 days..
Do warm saline gargles..
Gargles with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia can relieve..
Apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine can numb the ulcers and reduce discomfort especially during meals..
Apply Steroid based Oral paste over the ulcers to reduce inflammation..
Sucking ice pops can help..
Avoid hot ,spicy and acidic foods..
In case if you do not find relief in a week consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
