Suggest Treatment For Bell's Palsy

Hello,
I like to ask about my father health... he suffering from Bells palsy and he's problem is more than 2 years
before 6-8 months he had again bells palsy but on the other side of his face... but he was not recovered from the first time like it should be (recover 60-70%) from the first time... but it has passed 10-14 months... and i can't to see him like this it is a very very difficult he could not eat normally, smile normally, talk normally... please for help! (just for information he's Eyes still tearing, and he suffer from breathing from the right nozzle (first bells palsy was on that side of the face)) Please if you could help me.
