Hello doc, I Found something finaly here to ask for... I am really very disturbed as fallinf of my beard hair. I didnt knw how it happnd. I have also went to a a skin doc and they inject steroid and suggest me some medicines but the moment I completed the course my hair falls back again... Now I am into homeopathic and after diagnose I see my feritine level is low and some immunity harmone disturbence. Last week my doc changed all medicines and suggest me for tinfal forte tab once in a day..My patch is getting worse... bigger... Pls help..what should I do.. Can my hair be back... Please help doc..
