General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for writing.

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. The cause of recurrent UTIs and blood in urine has go be investigated. aIt may be due to a stone or Pelviuretric obstruction or Pyelonepritis or hydonephrosis.
I suggest you see a doctor who would investigate you depending upon the physical findings and history. You may need tests like USG of KUB or CT urography and other test to find out the cause.
Once a cause has been found a management plan may be made for you.
In the mean while you can drink plenty of water and cranberry juice to help reduce episodes of UTI
