Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Due To Dislocated Spinal Disc

Hi I am 26 years married girl. I am having back pain. I took Xray and consulted doctor. doctor says, my spain disk is dislocated or inclined. It is postural or because of some other problem. I have been told to use spine belt and some excecises. I wanted to know if this is curable. or i have to use belt life long. would I be able to do my routine work and play volley ball, etc out door games, and enjoy the same as i used to do it.?

Close to 70 percent of back pains resolve over few weeks and people do get back to routine lifestyle post most backpains. You need a detailed personal clinical examination. Please do visit an hospital as early as possible.
