Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Pain During Urination
I wake every morning with back pain that is relieved when I urinate. My bladder feels extremely full and twice its size. I have almost leaking symptoms during the day. I do not have pain with urination. I often have the urge to urinate but little comes out. The lower back pain is only in the morning when I awake and is almost severe. I am a female.

The above symptoms you mentioned might be due to Urinary Tract Infection. I advise you to do a Urine Routine Examination and Ultrasound Pelvis once.
