Suggest Treatment For Atrophy Disease

I was wondering what could cause atrophy around all my joints and these other issues I've been having.

My joints are weak to the point of partially dislocating... and it doesn't take much for them to pop out of place. I also have a marfaoid habitus, so it's obvious to assume I inherited a connection tissue disorder (I've been diagnosed with EDS hypermobility, twice, by two different doctors).

But what exactly would cause the atrophy and progressive weakness?

My elbows literally freeze up on me in mild temperatures, and it is extremely painful to strengthen out my arm. It's as if I can't relax my arm when it's cold.

When I walk my arm is bent, and fingers are clenched or doing something weird. I usually, and I've been called out on this, keep my left hand in my pocket. This issue I think bothers me the most.

I also have a weird patch of weakness in my right ankle up to my calf, and the muscles around my face/neck seem weak.

And I have had pain in my left shoulder for the past 5 months.

Now in my left hand and right foot I have this achy vibration that makes me want to squeeze the bone or press it against something.

I know this all sounds weird, but do you ideas?
