Suggest Treatment For Atrial Fibrillation And Anxiety Attacks

Hi,
My husband over the weekend had A fib (irregular heartbeat) and spent hours at the Emergency room. He got released, but this morning he has irregular beat again. He has anxiety issues and been prescribed Xanax. He is also on beta blocker and takes his blood pressure at least twice a day and his results are normal, neither low or high. He is a smoker and chews tobacco even overnight. Can tobacco be a cause of his irregular heartbeat?

I really appreciate your concern, tobacco greatly alter the hear beat and even the anxiety also else this may not be matter of concern, with the EKG monitor it is impossible to know the exact AF, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
