A simple ECg, ECHo is neccessary since you say her pressure was high.If her pressure continues to be high, she must be put on anti- hypertensive medication which your doctor would have already prescribed. PTB, must be confirmed.....either by follow up imaging or biopsy....PCR ((an analysis of sample tissue) of the tissue specimen can be done to confirm the diagnosis. On any grounds, she may be benefitted but starting herself on six months of ATT ... if PTB means pulmonary TB.She can be on aprescription of anxit .25mg for the chest pain mean time.Take care of her diet and water which has to be moderate intake.
