Suggest Treatment For Asthma

Hi I m a 61 years old female and I had heller myotomy surgery for achalasia 6 years ago. I also have had controlled asthma all my life. I started having breathing problems a couple of years ago and I am at the point now that I have to take prednisone about every two months to keep my lungs clear. Is there anything I can do to prevent the respiratory problems

Hello

According to the history you provide it seems that your asthma is not well controlled.First it should be find the trigger agent and try to avoid it or them and after you will start inhaler for 2-3 months such as budesonide.
