So, I see that arthritis may be the answer, but would it come and go every now and again. I m a bartender and it s embarrassing when I physically can not hand a patron a glass. Not even when I use two hands. And then my arms lock into position if I am carrying it to a table. And I have to squat down to set it on the table. It s so awkward, my stress goes through the roof. Then an hour later, back to being fine. In the morning, I cannot even write a note. Then it gets better, then if I have any anxiety or am rushed, I can barely bring my fingers to the pen.
