Suggest Treatment For Arthritis And Osteoporosis

My TSH count in last blood work was 62. Even my heart cramped when I tried taking even small dose of Synthroid. I have tried iodine supplements and back when TSH was lower, that seemed to make me feel a little better but count keeps rising. I also have Myasthenia Gravis and a good case of Arthritis and osteoporisis. Is there any thing else I can try ?
