Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Paranoia, Nausea And Vomiting

I have really bad anxiety, paranoia, and when something bad happens I get really nauseous or I vomit. or even before something bad happens, I have a gut feeling/instinct leaving me feeling nauseous. My mom said I have a bad nerve system because growing up and going through traumatic events my nerve s wouldn t do to well and sometimes I was up all night throwing up for example after I whitnessed someone close to me, try to commit suicide. This feeling nauseous and vomiting, and paranoia, is pretty much on a daily basis.
