yes . generallh when body's immunity is good. all these viruses are not able to establish infection in the body. and the same virus can cause symptoms in the circumstance of reduced immunity. pityriasis rosea is a self limiting condition. because of association with upper resp tract inf some give a course of antibiotic along.
