Hi, I have been having increased problems with random anxiety and panic attacks. I usually don t tell people about them when I have them. I have started to push away my best friend when ever I have them. I block them on everything and delete them. Is there anyway I can change without professional help?
People with panic disorder have sudden and repeated attacks of fear that last for several minutes. Sometimes symptoms may last longer. These are called panic attacks. Panic attacks are characterized by a fear of disaster or of losing control even when there is no real danger. Advice 6. Tablet Lonazep 0.25 mg (Clonazepam 0.25 mg) daily at bed time per oral for 1 month 7. Tablet Pari 20 mg (paroxetine 20 mg) daily per oral at bed time for 1 month 8. Discuss with your family about your problem 9. Do not stay alone, be with your family/spouse 10. Try to repeatedly expose with the situation which predisposes a panic attack. It will make you adaptable to the situation and will not cause further panic attack It is better to contact a psychiatrist for better follow up. Sometimes, some pathological conditions cause panic attack. I have to rule out those causes by investigations 4. ECG 5. Blood sugar (F & PP) 6. Measure your blood pressure regularly Thanks
